What if my insurance provider is not on your list?

If you have searched for your insurance provider and it doesn’t appear in the list, follow these steps: 

  1. Sign in to your HealthLock Member Portal.

  2. Go to Settings in the left navigation panel and select Insurance.

  3. Click the Add Insurance button, then select Get started.

  4. Search for your insurance provider’s name.

  5. Select the Chat with support link to chat with HealthLock Customer Care.

  6. Provide your insurance provider's name and any other helpful information (such as the provider's website or type of plan).

NOTE: The time it takes to set up insurance providers currently not in our system varies. As soon as your insurance provider is added, we will notify. It is also helpful to upload your insurance card in the Documents section of your member portal.
