What if I can't find my insurance provider on your list?

If after using the Search feature to + ADD INSURANCE and your insurance provider is NOT found:

  1. Select the I can’t find my insurance provider? link.

  2. Review the message displayed: While we try to support all Insurance Providers, there are some exceptions. Please contact support@healthlock.com for more information.


  3. Select the support link to generate an email message which will be sent to a HealthLock support resource for resolution.

  4. Respond/reply to the email (text shown below) with your insurance provider information.  

    It looks like you are unable to locate your insurance from within HealthLock. Please add your carrier here in order for support to better assist you. Also, feel free to add any other information here for our experts!

    NOTE: The time it takes to set up insurance providers currently not in our system varies. As soon as your insurance provider is added, we will notify you. It is also helpful to upload your insurance card in the Documents section of your member portal.
