What is the 20% shared savings?

You can optionally request that our experts investigate and negotiate a claim or bill on your behalf. For this service, we charge 20% of any reclaimed money or bill/claim reductions. For example: if we save you $100, we charge $20 for the time and effort we spent working with your providers and insurance company to find those savings.

If there is a Reduction or Refund due at the end of the investigation, your money will either be refunded by your insurance or provider, or you will see a reduction in a provider's bill.  We charge your payment option on file upon confirmation of the savings from the carrier or provider. This may happen before you receive your refund or reduction.

If we can't save you money or reduce what you owe—you don't pay the 20%!
