How will I get money back from my insurance carrier?

Generally, if your visit is in-network, the provider gets the payment from the carrier. If the visit was out-of-network, the member gets the reimbursement.


Whether in-network or out-of-network, our auditors will work to investigate and negotiate your bills with your providers and insurance company to ensure you are receiving your full entitled amount.
