After you click 'LOWER MY BILL' on a flagged claim, we begin the process of reviewing and negotiating on your behalf. We investigate for errors, fraud, or overcharges and work with your provider and/or insurance company to resolve issues and negotiate the amounts you owe.
A "Flagged" claim will display the status of "Negotiation in-process" until we have resolved the issue. Be sure to review your Messages in the member portal for any messaging or updates.
