To find your UnitedHealthcare security questions and answers:
Step 1: Go to member.uhc.com and click 'Sign In'. On the next page, sign in to your UnitedHealthcare account.
Step 2: From the top navigation, click 'Account Settings'. Note: Your UnitedHealthcare dashboard may look a little different.
Step 3: Under 'My Profile', click 'Change HealthSafe ID Account Recovery and Security'.
Step 4: On the 'Sign in & security settings' page, scroll down to 'Account Verification'. Click the 'Edit Verification Method' button.
Step 5: Make note of your exact questions and answers as you will need them to connect to us.
