Why are some of my claims missing from HealthLock portal which are on my insurance portal?

"Missing claims" may simply be newer claims that the insurance carrier has not finished processing. Claims/visits are processed based on when a provider/doctor sends the claim to the insurance company for processing. At times, all of the data is not available or follow up is needed for processing. 


When this occurs, the claim will be placed in a "Pending" status and will be downloaded when all the data is available for the claim. When a new claim is downloaded, our system will automatically send you a "New Claim" message.
