How would I know if I'm being overcharged?

HealthLock uses a powerful analytics-driven technology to automatically flag claims that may have been overcharged or billed incorrectly.


Once a member and after you have signed your HIPAA release forms, our auditors can begin the process of reviewing your "flagged" claims. The auditors search for overcharges and reach out to your provider and/or insurance carrier to take care of any billing errors. When the provider acknowledges the error and amends the claim, your auditor will contact you with the details. If money is due in a refund, we will send you a status update and money will be sent to you directly from the provider.
